Mosley wins privacy case against News Corp.

A French court has found News Corp. guilty of invasion of privacy for publishing a story claiming former auto racing boss Max Mosley participated in a Nazi-themed orgy. The court on Tuesday ordered the company to pay more than (euro) 32,000 ($44,000) in penalties and court costs. Mosley has already won a privacy suit in Britain against the now-defunct News of the World newspaper for the 2008 story.
